The Successful Applicant ：
- Bachelor degrees in engineering related degree
- Above 10 years design experience in stage creative led screen
- A minimum of 15 years experience with system level design experience, familiar with IC applications and knowledge in digital signage products highly preferred
- Strong self-starter with passion for high quality, innovative products
- Excellent work ethics and be able to operate autonomously
- Fluent English and Mandarin

Job Description（Finance Director）：
- Reporting to China Finance Head and leading the team, you are expected to lead Southern China business by being a strategic partner with the Regional Head and business line heads in managing the business
- Leading Budget, Forecast and Business Analysis;
- Timely and accurate monthly close and reporting;
- Compliance with corporate, tax and other related local regulations;

The Successful Applicant：
- At least 8 years' experience, including leading a finance team; - CPA, ACCA or equivalent certification is a must
- Big 4 experience is highly preferred - Good command in English and Chinese communication
- Leadership skills in managing and coaching a team as well as support business as Finance Business Partner
- Good knowledge of local corporate, tax and other regulatory compliance
- Working knowledge of PeopleSoft or any other ERP system

- Manage and grow current and future business through China distribution network
- Identify, prioritize and expand volume and profit development opportunities within South America

The Successful Applicant Requirements ：
- Above 3 years sales experience in led display, especially in creative led display or flexible led display, led dance floor screen, led curtain screen, led glass screen, led pixel lights, transparent led display, led spherical screen.
- Prefer at least 2 years' experience in marketing and sales in Soth America or worldwide
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills -Excellent presentation skills
